I have to decide between two basses,both have same prices:

1. Ernie Ball Music Man Ball Family Reserve Roasted Neck StingRay:Error | The Music Zoo

2011 year

or

2.Music Man Stingray5:
-maple neck
-3 EQ
-single H
-Honey Burst body
....

2012 year


I need yours opinions and tips to make right decision.......

I guess you need to decide what do you want - 5 strings or 4 strings first.

Honeyburst SR5 is a great looking thing(I like mine very very much xD). But BFR is kinda luxury stuff.

As I told You at our domestic forum and Gravesend Black suggested too, ...You should decide first what's Your final choice, 4 or 5 banger?

I can only say that I do love the tone of my black sugar roasted bfr. A lot!

I agree with cellkirk.

To add to this, I have a roasted SR4H and the tone is incredible. There's something special in that ebony, and the roasted neck feels awesome. You won't regret buying that bass if you decide the 4 string is right for you. Either way you will get a solid bass, but the roasted neck bfrs are really unique in the tone department, even unplugged.
