ahh, just put a fresh set of Slinks on my frtd Bongo, a beautiful thing!

I do respect D'Axxxxx for their env. friendly packaging but man, there's nothin' that looks quite as asthetically Rock 'n Roll as a set of regular Slinky5s. Now there's a green that'd look great on a bass!!!!!

Green roundwound strings? Whoa, you better stay away from those. Mucho finger mojo...

I just went back to slinkys on my fretted Bongo for the first time and I really dig how it makes my bass sound and play. I love DR's and all but I think these EB strings just work better with the Bongo. Plus they are a good 10 bucks cheaper so I'm very happy.

Didn't dig the slinks, but I regularly use XLs.

Good to have so many choices!
