The link below is for a new song that I am currently working on. All the guitar tracks were recorded with my new Axis Tribute, basically to see if it can handle the style of music I normally play (and oh yeah, it succeeded!). The rhythm was recorded plugging my Axis Tribute right into my 6505+ (with my Mesa cab) and mic'd with my Shure SM57. The lead part was the same except that I used my Boss PS-6 Harmonist for all the crazy whammy effects. The flange effect on the left channel was added in Cubase (as I'm currently looking for a flanger pedal). Something weird happened when I exported the track and the beginning part got chopped off, so it comes in kind of suddenly. Anyways, just thought I would share the metal tone I can get out of the Axis Tribute!

Also, the picture for the video is my dog when he was a puppy in his lobster costume.
