Just saw on steve's website he's giving a free clinic in Vacouver canada, at tom lee music at 4pm on 9/11.

Worth driving 150 miles for if anyone is in the area.

Petrucci in Colorado

John Petrucci has a clinic the same day, in Fort Collins, Colorado. (According to this site!)

Just goes to show I don't read every thread on the board... but I try to, honest! :p

We'll have to hook up, brother, once I get all this house-buying-&-moving crap off my plate...

Freeman,

You gotta go and report back.

If it's anything like the one he did at git back in feb, he does about 1 1/2 hours of taking questions and playing to some backing tracks. Then he signs autographs for anyone who wants it.

He's funny and informative. Ask him about composing. And some road horror stories (always hilarious)

If you ask him how to play faster he'll just tell you to practice slower and build up.

Have fun :D

Man you guys got lucky, clinics in Edmonton and Calgary now too. Steve must like Canadians, too bad he didn't do a clinic in Toronto, I would have been in there like Flynn.
