Knowing how all you guys like to see pictures, especially of basses in use, well you might like to see if you can view this. You need a minimum of 512K connection and RealPlayer10. It's gonna go on our web site very soon. I'm sure you'll recognise the number, if not the arrangement.

Gotta say, there's something very warm in knowing that i've played that very same tune in a similar fashion. Well done.

The songs traditional. I hope they did change the words in church because it's about a brothel. First time I heard was when it was a big hit for The Animals back in 1964.

Nice one Dave,

Excellent version with a bit of omph!

One thing we haven't done is a "festival" type of outdoor gig, where were you playing?

Thanks Liam, it was The Party in Farnham Park run by the Guildford radio station 96.4 The Eagle. We did another for them the following weekend. We've got another outdoor job on 21st August just outside Horsham. We like the outdoor festivals. Decent sized crowds and we get a bit of room to move about.

very nice, it's hard to imagine a band that size on a small stage.

outdoor shows are the best, you get the awesome acoustics, you know you can be heard for miles, and if your lucky (like in this case), you get that big inflatable stage!

Some of our English pubs are quite compact. You'd be surprised how just how small an area all ten of us can shrink into. Very cosy.

You're right about the outdoor shows as long as the monitoring is OK. Bass through a big PA carries for miles. I love it.
