How in the world could you actually use it on stage with a straight face? :D

I'd use one onstage given the chance!!

What a great design - makes me smile every time I see a picture of one.

I'd give it a blast onstage too given half the chance...it's completely mad!

Although I'd also have to insist on wearing a mullet wig to complete the Tap vibe - God help the drummer!! :D :D

Let's see.....if I quit putting gas in the Hummer and put it towards the guitar.....I might have a chance!

Tempting..........very, very tempting.......

Hahahaha - that cracks me up. I Love the position markers. It's C# at the 9th fret, and Db at the 21st. Clever.....

Cool guitar...be nice to have on the wall.

I'll bet the auction gets pulled because some one will offer him a nice chunk of change outside of ebay.

Somebody buy it. Please......before I take out an equity loan on my house. I can't stop drooling. (ok...that has nothing to do with the guitar :D)

Hey BP, any chance of getting Tap to make an appearance at the open house? I've been following them since the 60's and I've never seen them live. Whaddya think? ;)

Whoa!

I love it. Do these things really bring that kind of coin? I've spent more on guitars (several times actually), but had no idea these were bringing that kind of money.

Any sales history of these would be appreciated. Thanks!

Brett, read the article thats in one of the photos on the ebay ad, it gives you the history. Basically only 25 were made and were then auctioned off for charity.

Also I searched the web and you should check out these pages :

Auction ended early, as predicted.

Did anybody on this board snag her?
