Blue Silo Spec w/rosewood board.

Last night I jammed with some excellent cats (bass player was killer! tapping chords etc) for the first time with my maple board Silo, and it performed beautifully, but between them I still favor the rosewood. I prefer the looks of the autumn red burst, though.

Had an Axis Sport (SSH) and it was very nice also, but prefer the Silo Spec's hands down.

my fav is my blue pearl silo special, the ugly ducking of my collection, but its just amazing. i always come back to it, it aint the prettiest, in fact i really dont like the colour combo at all, would love a lava pearl with matching head and black ice guard. but it just performs so well. check my photobucket page for the dodgy pics, maybe i'll go take some more today.

well my guitars are posted in another thread, but my blue pearl silo special HSS is by far my favorite guitar of any brand I own, it just does everything and Its so comfy, plus I put alot into it, changed the pickguard, the humbucker and I put axis steel saddles on it which I highly recommend to any silo/al owners with a vintage trem, the steel saddles add some bite and are comfy for the right hand!
