Ha!! I like how they are charging you for something they got for free and you should get with an EBMM guitar when you purchase it!!! How do they come up with the 100 dollar price??? One day, are they gonna charge you extra for the strings already on the guitar?

What ever you do, keep the box your axe came in. My wife shipped mine back to EBMM with a box picked out by the mail people, and, well, Jon is soooooo gonna be mad after my wife told me how many peanuts and how big the box is......LOL.

In fact, he is probably looking for me now since I told him......hehehehehehe

<doorbell>.....koog runs and hides...... ;)

OOOOOOOO, you're gonna get it!

On another funny note. I had about 7 or 8 EBMM boxes in my garage. I just sold off a bunch of guitars and shipped them in those boxes. Last week, I sent my Pearl RB JP back to San Luis for a re-fret and guess what? No EBMM boxes left. I went to the local music store, "Sorry we have limited space, so we throw away our boxes." GRRRRRRRRR! I had to fashion a box around the case from some giant box. It took me an hour to cut it right and tape it together. I made it nice and snug to avoid the peanuts and avoid the WRATH OF JON!

Save them boxes, people!

Dude most joints don't like giving away the boxes anymore....when I sold off my gear last year, I had a HECK of a time trying to find guitar boxes....a Sam Ash rep said that they don't keep boxes around and that they slice them up so that they can't give them away...

I don't know, and to be honest, I never even thought about it. It's the case that comes with the guitar. I accept that.
