Music Man closest to a Tele sound

I can get a lot of front and middle position tele-like sounds from my StingRay by slightly rolling off some volume - this is with clean to very light gain tones. Especially on recordings, I have a hard time hearing a difference between the StingRay and my Sire tele. But for that rear pickup sound, unfortunately there's only one way to get that.

Isn’t the Valentine supposed to sound like a tele (at least on the bridge pickup)?

I would have thought the Valentine was the closest to a Tele for MM … but I do agree an AL SSS in the bridge position is pretty close too.
