They refused to help me with how it should be wired. I am very disappointed with that. That's the reason i asked here, don't know what to do else.

That wire is simply a ground wire for the whole piezo system and is not needed for both jacks. I find it hard to believe that customer service "refused" to help you with the wiring, unless maybe you are trying to do a retrofit?

I find that hard to believe too. For example, they can send you a schematic of the JP+piezo, it has the connections to the board clearly marked.

Perhaps you've just not communicated properly with them.

quote from support "We do not have a schematic for the jacks and do not advise changing the jack as it is very difficult. We typically change the the complete module. To purchase a new module you must return the old one first, this is our policy on proprietary parts."

they don't have wiring scheme for piezo jacks? i find that being funny. i don't want to replace whole module, i just want correct wiring scheme for that part of guitar.

Your best bet would be to send EBMM whole guitar so they can perform whatever repairs may be necessary.

Is your jack broken? I've changed a few of them for people who have broken off cable tips and those jacks are extremely difficult to remove from the PC board. Buy the same type of jack and everything will line up with the slots in the PC board.

Please keep in mind that by asking for a wiring diagram of the piezo module you are asking EB to share with you the design of their proprietary part.

I guess I'm confused as to what you're asking for.

As Pete said, they're not going to send you a schematic for the board, that's proprietary. (And not uncommon ... most companies won't send you schematics.)

What you can get is a wiring diagram for the guitar, it will show you what wires connect from the guitar to the board. That'll show you how the board is connected.

So ... if you need to work on the board itself, you're out of luck, send it in. (Or get help from a local electronics expert ... it's pretty much just a preamp.) If you're just concerned about what external wires go where, ask for a wiring diagram for the guitar.

I am not asking for diagram of board, i am asking for just wiring. Everyone, who has same guitar with piezo, can check it out. That's VERY simple, no secret at all. I don't want to send whole guitar, just to check wiring. That's what i asked support. Correct wiring diagram. The answer for that i've already posted. They can't provide it, which i find being funny. That's why i asked some on the board to take pics of how there piezo module is wired, so i can compare to mine. I hope that's clear.
