Beautiful! I like the Maj's solo and then its tiny little cameo at the end as if to say "remember me? :) Fantastic work!

The difference between looking at Majesty and playing is like night and day.
I kind of liked the innovative look, but I loved that fast neck, amazing access to the 24 fret and responsiveness of the pups.

That was an awesome video. I love the split screen shots and I absolutely LOVED that you used the different JPs for the different parts. Excellent playing and tone.

I kept hoping that you on the left side of the screen would look over at you on the right and that you'd both nod or acknowledge each other. That would have been hilarious.

I have some questions:

Where do you guys get backing tracks with vocals? I have no idea about this stuff, but I would love to find out... Thanks!

How about recording a video of my own...do I need to use one of those go pro cameras? Does the camera record the guitar sound well enough, or do I have to play through a computer somehow?

Thank you.

Thanks for the positive feedback. When I record videos I do the following:
1) Record only the audio tracks (no video) and properly mix it with the song.
2) Make a video recording (playback, no actual playing), I use my iphone camera which sucks because it is always out of sync by adding or eliminating frames which makes a mess when trying to sync it with the audio.
3) Edit the video and sync it with the audio recording

For Dream Theater tracks, I use Jammit to get the isolated parts (guitar 1, 2 and rest of the band), I use the band track and record my own guitars and mix it as best as I can.

Hope I could help...

I have a 7 string Majesty and the playability is so much better than the JP6 and JPXi, but I'm still adapting to the big neck and bigger fretboard on the 7. I'm starting to get used to it and it feels and sounds really really awesome. I'm planning on getting a 6 string in the future but I may hold back until the new models are released (BFR? or more colors?)

Thank you very much, Vic. Jammit looks excellent.
