If a Musicman bass is sold, the seller must get a release from the buyer stating that the buyer will not hold the seller responsible whenever Musicman fever sets in.

1. Thou shalt play no other bass, especially if it shall have lipstick pickups.

2. Thou shalt not purchase unto thee any graven knockoff, even though its likeness be that of, say, a Stingray.

3. Thou shalt not falsely take the name of Ernie nor Big Poppa in vain by claiming false crap on the eBay, such as 'custom built for me' and the like.

4. Honour thy electronics and thy hardware: that thy bass may be pure and not adulterated with "basslines" and other works of Satan.

5. Remember the bandwidth, to keep it relevant, yea, for BP doth pay the bill.

6. Thou shalt always covet thy neighbor's Bongo, thou shalt generally covet thy neighbor's Stingray, and his rig, possibly his maidservant, should she be even marginally hot, although not to the point of being creepy.

7. Honour thy warranty by keeping to thy country of origin, asking not if a US dealer might break his covenant with SLO by shipping thy bass over the ocean.

You will be civil and polite to the less fortunate ones who do not play Music man basses.

One should not post on the EBMM Bass forum if one does not own an EBMM Bass.

Unless of course:
1. This is your first post.
2. You have a Dargie Delight Bongo HH on order.
3. You work for The Miller Brewing Company.
