I just recieved my Luke II in Radiance red from the US and the Bridge is sitting flush with the body meaning i can only lower the note pitch with the trem.
Is this normal on a Luke II or has the guy i bought it from disabled the trem for shipping?

It is not normal unless it is the piezo bridge.

I believe the standard Luke bridge should be capable of up pull to a major third on a fifth fret G.

I didn't realise the piezo limited up pull Jon...glad I'm getting a standard one in that case

On the piezo Luke, if the strings lift off the saddles while using the bar, your acoustic output will cut out. With it flush with the body, this is less likely to happen.

I reset my piezo Luke for pull up like a regular Luke. If you're aware of the cut out thing, it's not a problem at all.

Mine is the standard Luke II not the Piezo Luke JDouglee.
Do you have any idea or know of anywhere on the Ernie ball site where it shows you how to set the trem so it will pull both up and down?
I'm desperate to play the thing with the trem operational but can't seem to find info on how to fix it anywhere.

All you need is a screwdriver to loosen the tremolo spring claw in the back of the guitar. Loosen a little bit at a time, tune to pitch until you get the desired amount of pull up.

I had to do this to a Silo of mine as well, it's EZ ;)
