What type of price range are you looking at in USD?
There are a few in Canada on Kijiji.ca that are asking in the $1000 Canadian range. Not sure if they are up to shipping to the US, but with our dollar in the toilet, the prices are tempting. Most of the listings are in Ontario, Quebec, but there is a nice blue one with maple neck and matching headstock in Prince Edward Island asking $1250 Canadian. With exchange, that's under $1000 USD.
EBMMs aren't as well known as the Big 2 north of the border, so sometimes they sit for a while.
