I have not found any information about the MM Studio Lead amp. The pictures are seen in my Profile. It made I think in the middle of 80's. It has Rola Celestion G12-65 speaker. I am going to try it in this week. It costs ~250$.

Anybody knows?

That is not a Music Man amp. That is a Fender Studio Lead amp that someone changed the grill cloth from Fender silver to plain black and put on a Music Man amp logo instead of a Fender amp logo. Here's what the amp should look like:

Since they like to keep this to EBMM (and occasional Leo-era MM) questions I'll suggest doing a google search for "Fender Studio Lead amp" and you'll find plenty of information.

Thank you the informations!
It's very odd. When I will try it I'll pull the grill and make some pictures inside. I'll check the fixing seams or staples. (for example).

I would ask at one of the many Fender forums about the price - you are most likely to find somebody knowledgeable there than any of us here. Having said that, if you like the amp, if it's in good condition and it sounds good, then the only question is "what are YOU comfortable paying for it?".

Personally, I wouldn't pay that much. Maybe half.
