Knowing that there is no affiliation with EB/MM
Here is a link regarding MM amps that I found usefull.

http://www.musicmanamps.com/

quote from site:

"The fine guitar and bass amplifiers manufactured by the Music Man
company in the decade from 1974 through 1984 have earned the trust and respect
of musicians worldwide in the decades since. Their construction and longevity are near legendary.

While these designs were not initially appreciated because they were not "all tube" in nature, they have proven their worth and character where it counts... long term reliability & roadability in addition to classic tone and impeccable sonic integrity. These amps personify American Craftsmanship and "battleship" construction!"

Really interesting site for all thing MM amp related.

worthy of sticky for people searching for info about the amps?

I don't know anyone who has one now, But the 4 people who I have talked to that have owned one in the past, think that they were really good amps in their day.

Ridiculously late reply, but I couldn't not reply.

These amps still are really good.

Very nice collection !!

I almost bought this one but realised that modern stuff was better - I paid a LOT more for a Mesa instead.
This is a picture of the battered example I was going to buy (& is still up for grabs in my mates workshop in the UK)

It had an added transformer to cater for 240V UK electrics which made it super heavy!!
