Anybody know anything about an Encore MM copy bass? It's at least 15-20 years old. Has a fantastic 3 tone sunsurst finish and a maple fretboard on maple neck. Has the little mini humbucker..(or looks like it), BUT has a slot big enough for a MM pickup. Blk/wht/blk three ply pickguard. Nice smooth keys..3 on top , one on bottom just like the real thing.
Just bought it for a steal at 100 bucks and after I get done replacing all the electronics, it's gonna be really sweet.
I'm just looking for any info anybody might have on this bass. I've owned 6 different Musicman basses over 25 years and love to tinker around with older copies...email me if you want pics.
