Hello from france .. I've bought a musicman van halen and hope to have details about it.. I've seen many and many photos of this guitar on the net and no photos like this guitar .. it has black switching and schaller tuning machine .. it's the first time i see with this color .. is it a special serie? The serial number is 80632 .. thanks by advance for your answers and excuse my poor english ..

This is just a guess....no on both accounts. The switch and tuners. May have been put on by someone else. But....I could be mistaken.

Hello, and might I say that's a very nice guitar you've snared yourself.

If it were mine I'd be straight on to whoever distributes EB in France to get the right type of 3 way switch for your guitar, after the precise 'click' of the EBMM 3 way those G***son type 3 ways feel very different.

Mind you it's hardly a dealbreaker. Like I said it's a lovely guitar

I want to say I've seen this one before. Maybe a year or so ago, someone posted pics of this very guitar. There was a dispute about it's color now versus the color that it was when it was originally manufactured.

This one looks really familiar.

Hey I'm with you TonyEVH5150... I've seen this here before. by any chance is the back of that guitar Blue? Hard to tell with the glare.. but the inlays look big.
