Reality_Check said:Guy, are you totally retarded? Do you have ANY IDEA of the current legalities regarding this case? Do you have any idea about the actual workings of the world we live in? My guess is no. This has nothing to do with cash, you idiot... and everything to do with Gibson trying to hack down one of the best guitar companies on the planet. And trust me, you aren't doing PRS any favors by listing your guitar in that fashion on eBay. You actually just handed Gibson ANOTHER reason to lay further charges by putting your foot totally in your mouth on an international trading website.
I'm the first guy to admit that eBay is for the most part totally lame, due to the enforcement of an enormous amount of their policies... but this one's pretty self explanatory.
If there was a murder trial going on somewhere, you're not going to put VHS cartoons on eBay during the proceedings and list it with "murder trial videos" in the heading....
Think about it for a second.

rather than focusing on returning their guitars to the state they were back in the early 90's, they pay people to screen the bloody internet looking for free lawsuit money or just to make trouble for people. PRS is a "nice guitar" for people who mostly don't know better these days. I wish that was different because I used to love their instruments.
