Well, this is my portion of a songwriting clinic I did last Friday with Andy Timmons. To open the clinic, I played a metal tune I wrote for the clinic with two other teachers. Our "house bass", the Dargie Bongo HH5 was used by of all people, our banjo instructor, because our bassists had gigs out of town that weekend. And he did a good job of it. But the clever part was the shirt that he intentionally wore to create a wicked color contrast between him and the martini green bass. I love it.
And he admitted after the clinic that it was intentional, heh heh. Good thinking on his part.
The beautiful Dargie!
A bit of teaching...
And one of Andy for good measure. Such a great guy and amazing player.
