I am obviously pleased with the goings-on in the Ball company as of late. Things have definitely shall we say... gone my way? I'll stick to that.
In my numerous postings regaling everyone about my excitement, I believe I made mention of wanting to thank Sterling personally for everything. I'd also made mention of wanting to thank Beth for her work in just generally dealing with my crap among other great things she's done.
NAMM was just last weekend. My boss and her man went down to NAMM so I decided to give them a care package to give to Sterling and Beth. I'm obviously not going to say what was in the package, because it will ruin the eventual surprise if they get said package. It is laden with my humor, all over it.
The package never got into the hands of Sterling or Beth. I guess Sterling was busy in his meetings for most of the show, and Beth was nowhere to be found. I imagine she was also kicking ass and taking names as well.
So, my boss left the package in Nashville with her friend Thom and now I have to figure out a way to get the goods from Nashville to SLO. Arrgh, I thought all of this was going to be so easy-breezy.
Damn you, Sterling and Beth; for being so important and busy as you both are! hahahaha. Hopefully I'll get some kind of plan in motion and you'll both get a laugh out of it all.
