well i went into my local Billy Hydes guitar shop and to my absolute surprise they had a 20th silo on display.... the thing was just stunning, and ill admit, it was more beautiful than my MD JP's... there were alot of other quilt/flame maple top guitars there (PRS etc) but none of them came close to how nice the top on the silo is, and the finish is pure perfection!
unfortunately i didnt have time to sit down and noodle around with it.... but i will be going back there this weekend to try it out.... never know, it may come home with me.... :D

Yeah, you shouldn't play the 20th, because if you do you are going to want to own one.

well i played it today.. and its amazing, but not for me.. the neck is amazing, but i dont know it just didnt feel right in my hand (profile wise) just couldnt get used to it... even after playing it for over an hour. dont get me wrong, it is such an amazing guitar, sounds beautiful played it through a mesa roadster and it sounded good on all channels, even playing DT stuff was no worries (not exactly the same tone but fairly close). It looks astounding! up close it was the most beautiful guitar ive seen. but the neck profile was the thing i couldnt overcome... maybe if i spent more time with one..

funny thing i found myself going for the tremelo alot (its a hardtail... :p haha ).
but atleast ive found the ideal guitar for me, the JP meets everything i look for in a guitar, looks good, feels great, sounds great, and the neck fits my hand like a glove. since i got the JP it has helped me improved my playing 10x. no other guitar i tried was able to inspire me to play more. im a JP man :) got to love EBMM, they have a guitar for everyone!

Tobacco burst BFR JP6 here i come!
