If it's anything like my 96 Axis, the case is designed to fit the guitar w/ the trem arm on. Just another convenience that EBMM designed for us.

Quick review (it may be somewhat biased)

Headstock: Love the shape, its nice and small and it doesn't weigh down the neck

Neck: Oh my...best neck I've ever played, beautifully figured birdseye and it's soooo fast I can pull of Van Halen licks like never before

Body: its nice and small and light which I like alot, very nice to play sitting down

Whammy Bar: I love it, I played a wolfgang but this Floys sutains notes much longer and sounds alot cleaner than the Wolfie.

Finish: One of the most figured Axis tops I've ever seen, fingerprints don't show up that easily on it (not like a i wash them off anyways)

Other stuff: The placement of the toggle switch and volume knob are genius and very easy to access for fast pickup switches or volume swells.

As you can probably tell this is - by far - the best guitar ive ever played and I'm very grateful to own one.

Kudos Ernie Ball
