Well, I sent it off, and one week later they say they've recieved it back.. and strings and things has checked it over... apparantly they claim they couldn't find anything wrong with it... which probabily means that they fixed it 
... they claim its something to do with the way I tune up? Does that sound like a feasable reason to why the tremelo doesn't stay in tune? Its the petrucci btw!
