Just got back from a date night with my lovely Fiance and as were wrapping up dinner i posed the question...
"hey babe... what do you think about me stopping but GC before we head back"
without hesitation she's like yeah sure no problem... (just one of many reasons why i'm in love with her)
I walked into the Platinum room to have the following guitars greet me....
Steve Morse Y2D (De-Purple and Purple Sunset) (PLAYED IT... LOVED IT... LEFT IT BEHIND)
2 NOS 25th Hard Tail Maple neck and trem with Rosewood (PLAYED IT... LOVED IT... LEFT IT BEHIND)
Luke III Black... Beautiful guitar... not much else to say...
Dark Lord... if i had the extra scratch this baby would have been in the back of my car...
Reflex...
JPs for days... JP12 was in the house as well...
Nothing made it's way home with me...
But i have to truly say now having played every guitar in the MM line...
Sterling and Family-
The Legacy and vision that began with your Father many moons ago would leave him in absolute joy if he were with us physically now...
The quality of products that bear his name and your family tradition and values is far superior than anything else out there.
Every single guitar i picked up tonight you just felt the love and passion that goes into making each guitar...
As i played the Luke... reflected back on some of the stories i've heard over the years and to think this is EXACTLY like Luke plays was stellar... nothing is different between the guitars we can buy and he plays
the Dark Lord... as I began to play Black Lung Heartache i could feel the notes just jumping off the fretboard and into the atmosphere filling the room with music...
as i went through each guitar it was a really something incredible for me personally...
i've got to play every guitar in the line up at one point or another in my life and EVERY ONE is AMAZING...
Keep the Love and Legacy Alive...
