Sounds awesome man! Welcome to the forum by the way. Always wanted a ENGL...but that's just impossible in an apartment.

Wow!!! Beautiful combination you got there. When I hear Engl I just think of "Paradise Lost" tone from Romero, one of my all time favorite rock/metal tones.

Why do you go out of your way in every post to be a dick when critiquing other peoples playing- especially when we have yet to see any videos of your playing? Although you were probably too subtle this time for most people to see it, you were still patronizing and condescending and it was completely uncalled for as there is nothing wrong with this guys playing. You do this on the Petrucci forum all the time and I'm really sick of seeing it. It says a lot about how insecure you are and if nothing else shows that you've probably had some HARSH critiquing of your own playing (and this I assume is the same reason you have no vids). The fact that you don't even know whether or not your guitar needs a truss rod adjustment in your other thread is probably another really good indicator that you don't know your way around a guitar.
Either put up something better, or STFU. You're not a better player than him and you're not a better player than me. Fix your own shortcomings before thinking about telling others what *you think* they need to work on.

Toby (aka willith) - Hedog's comments were a little condescending, but that doesn't give you the right to be a dick. If you've got an issue with him on another forum, deal with it over there or be an adult and message him directly. This childish BS has no place here.

I thought you'd learned your lesson over here. Sounds like you need to spend more time elsewhere.

I'd like to say one thing before I disappear for a while (due to the fact that I feel like a prick now even though that guy thought I was someone else considering I dont even post on the Petrucci forum). I have posted 5k+ times on this forum and others and Im a MOD on a bodybuilding forum and this is the only place I run into trouble for some reason. I even had a run in with you, beej.

Your playing is great man. I play that song too and you play it much better than I do and certainly with more feeling. I appreciate constructive criticism when it comes to my playing. I cant really "judge" myself accurately and I love to hear outside comments so I can get a better handle on how I'm doing.

Great playing. Keep it up.

What part of drop it don't you get? What does it matter if you're a mod on another site? If you'd just said the bottom paragraph rather than "your bends are just a hair off" we wouldn't be here.
