It's kind of weird but when i measured it the action of high E is less than 3/64 at 24th fret but right about 3/64 at 12 th fret. Does this mean i have too much neck relief. Should I turn clockwise to make the neck more straight? I checked the neck relief but there aren't too much at all.(much less than a

This never happens to my other guitars and I wonder if it's an issue.

Furst of all, contact customer service prior to asking the forumites - You are much more likely to get Your problem solved quickly and professionally.

JUST GUESSING, cause I don't see Your guitar, but it does sound like (a very careful) truss rod adjustment is needed.
