It's been a while since I've posted, but I have been lurking hehe. I guess it would be nice to get back into wih posting some pics :D for you freaks hahaha. This is my Carbon Blue Pearl Silo Special I got from Pete D a little while back. I was really inspired by Vinnie Moore lately so I decided to switch the two single coils out for the Fast Track 1s which he uses. Basically small humbuckers with a single coil sound to them. I really love the sound that comes out of this thing now. The piezo is amazing with the whole combination.
A HUGE thanks to beej, who helped me out with the wiring diagram. In exchange I sent him the silent circuit since he needed one and my pickups are hum canceling now.
Oh...and I switched the pick guard from black to White Pearloid. I really love the contrast! What do you guys think?

Welp, there's one more absolute down the drain. Just said on another thread how I don't like white pearl pg's, but it looks awesome on that one. Beautiful!

I'm not a fan of pearl, but that guitar looks great, especially given the contrast--black knobs and pickups on the white pickguard. I think I've got GAS for a Silo Special! :)

The bucker is stock...it sounds real nice, but I might change it eventually to a Tone Zone or somethin else maybe.
