Jack and BP joke with each other a lot. I don't think either one of them could get mad at the other.

Kinda like the necklace deal too for that matter. I think there are more bassist that wear their basses high than those that ankle sling them.

It is all in good fun.

Forgive me Jack and BP I had to butt in just a little.

Heinz is famous now there is a growing Heinz family. Making them one of the more sought after MM basses.

IMHO

Jack, is that a Dirnt Pbass or is that one of those old cowpokes? If so, what do you think of it? And did you get rid of the Bongo HS?

That is the official Cowpilot Rehearsal Hall, also known as The Scream Parlour. Used to be a one-car garage.

I don't usually have all the basses in one place but some cleaning was going on and I just tossed them in there. Could have done a better job on the pics but I was in a hurry.

That is a Dirnt P. Bought it on a whim - I like the retro look with the modern appointments, plus my partner Brian was hassling me to get something more "traditional" for the band. Jury's still out on whether I'll keep it or not - it's a good P bass, though. Just can't decide if it's ME or not.

It may just need stickers and some damage.

The single Hummer Bongo is now in Ken (heavyduty)'s possession. I hear he is very, very happy - aside from some paint damage to the headstock during shipping. (Dammit!) I would have kept that one, but it seemed redundant with all the other Bongo 2H's around.

Well, it's an interesting thought.....

But Heinz mustard ain't green.....

No, but the ketchup is! (They make green and purple in addition to red nowadays!)

Yeah, I'm in Pittsburgh where the Heinz factory is located (the one that makes ketchup anyway). The new colors were big stories on the news when they hit the market a few years ago.

Wow. Aren't you glad you read this post?
