Hi all!!!

Finally, got an Axis....an incredible amber with a stunning quilt, from Spkirby personall collection, mint condition from ´02 (Thanks buddy, a pleasure knowing and making bussines with you:)).

I want to thank to all the people in the forum for helping me to choose a good EBMM as the Axis is (finally, the EBMM EVH was too pricey), for giving me such good advices and specially to Spkirby for being so nice and so kind and for making all the thing so easy.;)

Still don´t have the Axis, is on the way to Spain, but, with the permission of Spkirby, I´ll put some pics of the Axis made by him:

Beautiful, isn´t her???

Her also comes with the D-Tuner, so now I can play to be Van Halen.....YEAH!!!!!:D

OMG, that is a beautiful top on that thing.

The trans gold/amber is my favorite color on these things; you got a beauty. Wait until you play it; you'll find that the looks aren't half of what most love about these guitars.

Oh, and the D-Tuna is a very cool little device. Once you set it up right, it works amazingly well. Funny that something so simple wasn't really obvious unil Ed came up with it (or whoever came up with it and ended up giving Ed credit). I am using it live right now with a band that goes back and forth between songs with standard tuning and dropped D. I used to have to use 2 different guitars, one tuned for each tuning, but now this one guitar covers all the bases (and sounds so damn good too). The D-Tuna will be on all my guitars with Floyds.

Have fun.
