Well, I did it! I bought a Stealth Bongo 4HH.

This is a great bass. The tones you can get are great and it practically plays itself.

I love the strings, which surprises me, as I have flatwounds on my Sterling.

One question- I was putting it back in its case and noticed some fingerprints on the back of the body. What is the best and safest way to clean the satin finish on this great bass?

It's a STEALTH, that's the whole point....you aren't supposed to be able to see it.



If you could, that would be a huge R&D failure for EBMM. Congressional testimony, GAO reviews...all that Washington stuff. You don' t wanna know baby...be HAPPY you can't SEE it.

For some reason I can't post the pic. It is about 405 KB. Is that too big? If so, how do I shrink it?

It is gorgeous. BC in Fl has one on their site..nicely priced. Unfortunately, my wife knows how to ferret out funding for "black programs" in the household budget. If I could get them to break it into small charges, spread it around into misleading, generic categories like "home improvement" and "wife birthday" I could get away with it. Sadly none of my DC budget tricks work on the wife...
