Well, I'm in doubt for my new bass amp, I really liked the Fafner but didn't know wether it was able to rock. So I told my problem to my dealer, guess what he did:
he immediately called a guy from EBS and arranged a Fafner and EBS 4*10 cab that comes to his shop now thursday, especially for me to test and compare it next to the ampeg!!! Talking about taking care of your customers!
How friendly can you get :D

what shop is that? ... i'll probably have a look there as well if the costumer's service is as nice as you say it is :p

I have always tried to maintain a good relationship with the dealers. It goes a long way. I often get a break on prices without asking for them . I only go in at times that should be quiet. I try not to bug them. Sometimes I buy stuff. A little humour helps. I feel that they do give me the best deal that they can.I believe in supporting local business. They do make me feel welcome when I walk in the door.
