raise them

I've changed my 10's on my Silo to 9's, and boy, buzz galore!!!!
I played with the truss rod a fair bit, loosened it a fair bit, but still no good.
Mainly the bottom 3 strings are buzzing.Any ideas, or should i ring up customer service?

raise them individually dude just a tiny bit at a time should be fine:D

While I prefer the thicker sound of 10's, comfort is much more important to me as far as strings go. 9's are the most comfortable to me. I also have Hybrid Slinkys on my Sub right now, and so far I really like them. Changing gauge from 10s to 9s on the JP wasn't much of a hassle, I just needed to re-level the trem with the body, no intonation or truss rod adjustments needed. And since the Silo trems aren't floating, I would assume it would be even easier. Worst case you'll have to slightly adjust the truss rod, but that's no big deal at all.
