how do I know if the battery is bad? will the guitar start sounding wierd? lol....i dunno

It's a 9 volt take it and test it. Or just change it and see if it's still doing the samething.

Just take the battery and touch the 2 prongs with your tongue! :eek:
Then you'll know :D ;)

I'll have my wife stick it on her tongue, I aint doing it....but really, does that battery really make a difference?

If the guitar has a sustainer, then it would make a difference.

Just be careful how you ask your wife, don't say it like "Hey honey, can you come here? l want you to stick something in your mouth?" BEWARE!!!!!

Seriously, how much does a battery cost???? l normally replace my battery in my Luke about every 3-4 months, don't want the battery going flat at the wrong time.
