I'm planning to trade my Status bass for a Stingray NAMM 100th (here we go again... )
where on the bass can you see wich nr of 100 the bass is ? (so not the serial nr ...) bridge maybe? or on the headstock ?
Here in a local store there are 2 of those (one "new" and one 2nd hand)

Smart move, Ernie Ball did a incredible job getting the Status necks shaped right for the 100th Namm Ann Bass.
Not sure there is a way other then getting the original Paper work that came with it..
The bridges are old stock 1979 on the 100th Namm Ann i believe.

You don't know the half of it... Rod Trussbroken is the living Encyclopedia MusicManica! But I wouldn't call it geekiness, as it makes him very popular with the ladies.

Yeah it was but it's already gone !
 (for the Status bass only cuz it's more pricy)
I'm planning to trade it for the MM Namm 100th Stingray or A Sabre bass so I have money for a Status Stingray Replacement neck so I can recreate a Cutlass II bass ;)
Btw Visit Strings & Things in Antwerp there they have 2 Namm 100th Stingrays among others :D

I had 100th Anniv. and the only way to tell was the basses 'number' on the paperwork. I would think that if you checked with EB customer service, they could tell the series number given the serial number of the bass, but there is no way to tell just by looking at the bass.

Well the number 1 way too tell is very simple, The 100th Anniv Has a GOLD 100th ANNIV Coin molded in the headstock. That's by far the easiest way.

The question was if you could tell which number in the series a particular bass was (like #23 of 100) by just looking at the bass (other than the paperwork), but you are correct that there is a very nice looking official seal on the headstock.

This is by far the bass I have the most regrets for ever selling. It was perfect!! Why, oh why!!?!
