Well, I sold my beloved '05 LE Stingray 2eq:( But, in my opinion, the only way to replace a Stingray, is with another Stingray:cool: I've been wanting a nice fretless for some time now, and when I saw this at Bass Central, I had to make it mine.

Hope no one's tired of seeing pics of these Roasted beauties.

I absolutely love it! Selling my '05 LE hurt, but, I wanted to replace it with another, somewhat unique, bass. I think i've succeeded. This is my 3rd new EBMM Stingray, and I love that they always have that new bass smell:p
They are still one of the few companies that I don't mind buying from new. I feel like I always get my hard-earned money's worth with EBMM.

Keep up the great work!

It's just figured maple, but it's gone through the roasting process. Not sure what all that entails, though.
Thanks for the kind compliments! I love it!!! Unfortunately, I promised my wife that I would AT LEAST watch a movie with her today. Of course she picks a 2.5 hour long one. I'm dying over here!

That is intersting, I'll try to find out more.

Do you know if it's done just for the looks or if it stengthens the neck or something?

That roasted is outstanding!!!! After seeing all the roasted members are getting I called my retailer to see if the Sterling 5 I ordered could be changed to a roasted order and how much additional the cost would be. He was told that roasted orders were no longer being taken. That was when the Sterling 5 HH PBB was found available and I scooped it up, canceling my order for a HS. No longer have to wait till May. Hopefully a roasted will be in my future at some point when I can afford it. Time will tell and used availability to be had.

wow.

that's one nice lookin' bass.

what plank you be sportin'......???ebony....???

Yep! Ebony!! Got some Chromes on her at the moment. Sounds incredible, even though Chromes are a bit higher tension than I like.

Thanks for all of the compliments, guys! It's VERY exciting being one who actually posts some drool-worthy pics, instead of being the one drooling all over yours... for once.

Great looking bass!

I wonder what does this dog on the left thinking when watching a fretboard?
I bet it's something like: -hey, where are the spots (dots) gone? :D

Kyuss? My overweight Puggle? He's thinking... "he said something about sugar, but when I tried to lick it, he swatted me.... what gives?"
