Just picked up this mint 2005 LE Stingray. This is my first Stingray 4 ever! I'm slowly parting with my non MM basses. For some reason,this baby is screaming for a set of EB flats,and a Tort pickguard. Happy happy,joy joy! :D

Looks like I was wrong. When I was sent the picture I assumed it was an LE 2005. I just got home with the bass and it is not Buttercream color,it's not exactly white either. It's kind of Ivory color with a 6 bolt neck. It was supposedly a special run and not many were made in this color,but I have no way of verifying that.I Love my Sterling 4 to death,but I have to admit I really like the neck on this one. Anybody know what I have here?

I would post the serial number in the thread, or contact CS with the serial number to see what they can tell you.

According to the database its a 2002.Also has the old style non compensated nut. The color looks very similar to Buttercream. Couldn't find the color on the list either. Anyone have ideas?
