Need a Bongo Case

Just thought I would put some feelers out before I run over to Guitar Center this week...(BASTARDS!!)

My lovely girlfriend bought me a BEAUTIFUL Candy Red 5-string Bongo, and the boys at the local GC told her the case was extra....so she didn't get it. I need to put this baby in a case, not a gig bag...so if anyone has an extra Bongo case that will fit a 5ver, please let me know ASAP...don't make me go back there. THANKS!

Don't! That was her plan! Plus, if she realls was into it, she should have known that MM's come in a case from the factory at no extra charge.

LOL about the plan....yeah, at the moment I got it, I thought the same thing.

I am going after the one on Ebay, I saw it but wasn't sure if it would fit. I talked to the seller and it looks like it will.

Played it last night at the gig....it F&^%*ing RULES!

In a sense going to GC and buying gear is similar to going to a car dealership and buying a car - gotta be on your toes!

In this instance, your girlfriend did well, but the "car" dealership didn't (provided you yourself would have been able to negotiate the case to be included with the price she paid.)

I would bet if you went back to GC and explained to the mgr there what happened, you would get a "good" buy on a case!!
