I have a Stingray 5 that I’ve had about 9 years, bought it at a local music store! A few years ago I was caught up in bad weather during a hurricane! Anyway the bass got wet and I didn’t release the string tension in time, the neck bowed and and even though I had it in and out of repair shops it still has incredibly high action! I’m told that the only way to correct it is to get a new neck! Is it possible to get a replacement neck?

I believe you can. You will need to reach out to CUSTOMER SERVICE to confirm this and discuss details.

I haven't been around for a while but definitely call customer service. Policy used to be that you could get a replacement (ie send in the old one) but not sure how the team handles it now. Give 'em a ring/email and you'll get all the info you need
