Hi, I need some help and was hoping someone here could give me a answer. The neck on my ASS broke while I was working overseas and wanted information on if I can get a replacement neck. I have already emailed EB but wanted to check and see if anyone here has done it in the past or can tell me anything.

Since you've already email'd Musicman, you're set. You'll have to send them the entire guitar and they'll make it right. The do not sell necks separately.

I had a neck snap on a JP6 a few years ago. I sent them the whole guitar. My reason was the damage was so severe that I thought the body was shot as well. Turns out the neck just needed replacement. Not sure if just sending the neck in will be all you need to do. Since you are talking to CS follow their guidelines and they will take care of it.

Ask if they'd be willing to send the new neck to an official dealer, and have them replace it. And the dealer will send back the broken neck. It's worth a shot.

That's the one thing I like about the bolt-on neck guitars. A neck through guitar would be completely shot at that point.

CS will sort you out. And I'm pretty sure they'll just send you the new neck if you send them the broken one first.
