Here is the new 25th. It is versatile (I truly think that if you can't get the tone out of this, you can't get it). There are cosmetic things that I wish it had (but for the $$$ I will not complain) but from a sonic standpoint it rules. I can't quite decide which configuration I like best but I am leaning towards coils 1&2 in series/active - I need to pair it up with my big rig and start noodling. Compared to my Bongos is small and lightweight. The neck is awesome. I can't complain at all.

Kermit is still the bass to beat but damn there is some competition now.

Listed as flame - BUT I would say it is a tad bit confused with what it wants to be (I see some flame but I also see some quilt too)

That top is CRAZY good looking! Congrats man! Most Excellent... and it looks like the rosewood on the fretboard has got some killer good looks as well! :)

Yup great top right there, congrats, you're right about the HSS, just tons of tone. Singles kill in passive too.
