Yeah. In all, my second ball took me a year to acquire from the time it was ordered and went through customer service for some issues, dropped by UPS and smashed and subsequently replaced. Have I ever mentioned Dan in CS rocks?

Nah, I forgot the camera because we left for the hospital in a hurry. He was a couple weeks past due but mom and baby are healthy so everybody's happy... and we all still get to go see Billy Joel next month
