My third ball (sorry for the crappy pic): Graph pearl silo spec, abalone pickguard and non-matching headstock.

This guitar used to belong to fellow forumite Tim, aka jimmy-jengas, who traded it in for his dargie. It travelled across half the country from Edmonton to Ottawa and was perfectly setup and in tune when I got it:eek:

It's my first guitar with a maple fretboard and I love the snappy tone! wow!

I'll post an updated pic of the familly soon.

Cheers!

Thank you BP for making such nice instruments for us foolish southpaws!

My girlfriend is laughing at me because I say the same thing each time a get a new guitar, but this time I think that I won't need another guitar any time soon... although a P90 super sport would be nice:D

I hope, you don't mind. That was hurting my mind's eye!
This is better. ;)
Very nice though! :)
I can't wait to see the backwards family pics!

Wow man that is one of the best Silos I've seen, I like it better than my Saphire Black. I want a trem so bad, that is why mine is for trade.
Congrats dood, you will like the maple neck.

If you posted this, I must have been out of town!? I totally missed it.
Very nice!
Thanks for positing it. :)

Funny that it has a black guard. I was strongly considering that combo in a Silo before getting the Dargie.

BEAUTIFUL Silo there, man !
Abalone fits it nicely but now I've seen it I'm going back to ordering another "moonstone" PG for my new Silo - need the purple touch in it... :D

Thanks for all the replies guys!

Kissmyaxe: I love your silo, it looks great in that color combo! I think it would also be awesome with a moonstone or toirtoise pickguard.

I should thank jimmy-jengas for taking real good care of his guitar, not a single scratch or dent on this beauty! I also was pleasently suprised to find out that it has the compensated nut:cool:

Cheers!

I am so happy!

I am super glad that the trek across the country was worth the effort. I made sure that baby was in fine condition before it left my hands. when it comes to balls, we all know how important it is to take pristine care of them.

Hopefully it treats you VERY well. It served me well, but it's onto rosewood which is my preference. I like that I can look back on this thread and show the pictures of the guitar I used to have to people. Now if only I could get onto the damned digital camera wagon so I could have pictures of my DD posted... hopefully this week!

Again, you're welcome and take care of it! She's a sexy beast.

I would love to see your DD Tim. Don't worry about the silo I will take real good care of her, this one is not leaving my stable!

Cheers!
