Howdy folks, hope your Turkey day was better than mine!

I recently finished a flash site for my band and would like as many people to test it as possible.

A few friends of mine have some trouble with fonts loading, but there is a script in the Flash that's supposed to load the fonts into the browser so it views properly.

It seems to be working for most everyone, but for about 15% of the people that view it, it's not.

Everything preloads before you enter the site, so it takes a minute or so to download. It is only 2.2mb in total, not too bad. :)

The link is in my sig, let me know what you think and if it does or doesn't work for you.

Thanks!

Quite a few hits from this forum, thanks for checking it out guys. :)

I'm guessing no one had an problems with it since no one's said so, that's good! :D

I found the font used on the site was VERY small - despite altering my browser settings they were nigh on impossible to read.

The look of the site was really good and I'll have a look later (after I've been to Amazon to finish my Xmas shopping!!!)

Cheers

Small? Hrm. It's a Flash movie, so your browser can't change the font settings. The page itself is designed for 1024x768 or 1280x1024 resolutions. I use 1600x1200 resolution and it's still easily read by me.

What resolution are you running currently? These are the kinds of problems I need to hear about so I can iron them out! :)

Thanks again. :D

Jeffrey,

Cool looking site! You've got the interface for a very informative site about your band, nice job! I will say that the text was difficult for me to read, also. I'm running 1024x768 on a 17" monitor, and some of the letters overlap or are shrunken in on one another.

Hi Jeff,

I also find the fonts to be a little bit too small, besides that the site is awesome. And one more thing, I want pics of you with your Pets in action, not some "coming soon" crap :p;)

Sorry for the delay in replying (ooopss sorry I thought I was in work!!)
On my sons cmputer running a 17" LCD screen at 1280x 1024 the font was slightly easier to read albeit a bit too small.

The computer I initailly viewed it on ran on a 15" LCD screen at a res of 800 x 600.

Hope this helps.
