I think these Stingrays are addictive. I've had my fretless for a few months(it has a birthday this coming Saturday) and I've had to add a fretted to the collection. Today I took delivery of a 20th Anniversary fretted with maple board.
It's a beaut. Has obviously been gigged, as there are a few dings on it, but lovely all the same. It'll need a new set of strings and the fingerboard is a bit dirty(lemon oil to clean it?), I probably won't get a chance to play it properly until the weekend. Played acoustically first impressions are that it feels great. The acoustic tone seems to have a lot of depth. I think I'm going to enjoy getting to know this bass.
