Nice blog, BP.

There's nothing quite like feeling you're on the verge of something great.
Just seeing the new stuff coming out of SLO, we can tell that there's been a paradigm shift at MusicMan. You're entering a golden era of sorts with the company and we're all going to benefit from it. Your sons are very fortunate to have both the freedom to create and still have your experience and wisdom to keep them moving forward.

Absolutely love the level of excitement! In a day and age where many companies are just phoning it in, BP and crew seem more excited than ever to tackle new challenges and introduce fresh ideas. It's inspiring.

(It makes me want to pack up, move to SLO and beg for a job.)

I love this company more every day.

Thanks for the interesting read BP! And for all your previous posts also, it is cool to get a snippet of what's going on behind the scenes.

As the young next generation in a family business I find it very helpful and interesting learning from those who have gone through it all before and especially getting insight from a very succesful business operator in a completly different field is great.

Thanks once again for sharing.

Awesome Blog Sterling!
I love your writing style. It's like Tom Peters with less sarcasm. Blunt and straight to the point.

Btw, I think you just need to chose better movies!
