New EB Wah Day

Just got the EB Wah and hooked it up to my pedal board. Love it! Not only does it sound fantastic, the bright LED will come in very handy on a dark stage. It will have it's debut at my next gig this Friday night - can't wait!

Got mine hooked up the other day also, but I seem to get a lot of noise with mine on r2 and lead of my MB MKIV.

Any suggestions¿¿¿¿

i don't know what would be causing that. i'm running mine through a mesa triple rec and have no problems with noise at all. maybe contact ebmm customer service?

Used the EB Wah for its first gig tonight and it is a fantastic pedal. My "other wah" will be hitting ebay real soon.

what is in your signal chain? The EB is wah is great and quiet

Also, what are you powering it with? Some power supplies can cause noise issues if they're daisy chained.

You can also get problems when running signal cables too close to power cables.

I love my EB Wah as well. It kicks butt no matter what!

I have some noise from mine with higher gain because I am using a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power mounted under my Pedaltrain Jr. pedal board. Apparently it is picking up noise from the power supply (even though Voodoo says it shouldn't). I move it off the board away from the power supply and it is dead quiet. If I am playing when I hit it (like going into a solo) then I don't hear the noise. I've decided to not worry about it. It is one of the best sounding wahs on the market!

Signal path is, guitar to wah to front of amp.

Using monster cables.

The noise is really noticable when in the down position in r2 and lead.

I´m having some hum in the amp (tubes maybe) so that could be coming through.¿¿

Zero noise through my Mark V, first in the signal chain as well.
