Hello, I found an amazing JP6 sitting in a guitar store collecting dust tuned to CADGBE (likely improperly). I was wondering if everything on it looked okay or if I should take it in to the store to have it properly set up as they never did it before they sold it to me.

I notice I get some fret buzz on the low E and A strings from frets 5-11 with medium-hard strumming. The intonation is also way off on these two string as well. I'm also curious if the strings should be that close to the edge of the saddles.

Here are some photos:

Probably just needs a proper set up and you'll be playing one of the best guitars you've ever played

Nice. I love Mystic Dream. If the low E was detuned to C for a long time and not properly set up for it, I'm guessing that could cause your buzzing and intonation problems. A good setup should cure it.

I've had guitars that I thought were practically unplayable come out playing like butter after a good setup.
