Well he's obviously a collector and since i too am a horder (guitars and Hotwheels and comics)hahahahaha i know exactly why he has 27 EVH's ..............Because they dont make them anymore,they are a sweet sweet sweet guitar ,and they are very collectable some finishes more than others

I really don't think of it in those terms (numbers). I just want to have a nice collection of great EVH guitars - it could take 10, 50, or 100 examples to build it.

The Mr. HP was a holy grail for me.

I've got 4 and 5 of some EVH colors so at some point I'll probably scale down a bit, but right now I'm grabbing the best examples I can of this guitar.

I'm sure BP would prefer I collect newer models, but I do help sales I think - I tell most everyone that visits my site and asks for a guitar recommendation to grab a new EBMM. I used to refer these potential customers to Jackson until I came to my senses.

I'm still looking for more EVH's and any leads are appreciated, as always.

Is there a reason you duplicate colours? Cause of the tops?

It looks like you're a pink and some solids away from owning one of every color....didn't think there was some one crazy (in a good way) enough to do it.

Try to hook up a guy name Barry (he used to be a member here) and has a site where he sells EVHs. He had a black one a while ago. Cost like an arm and leg....another arm and some toes too. Sorry I lost the link but if you really need it I can try to google it for ya.

I guess that's true...and its soon to be 28 EVH's.

Thanks for the compliments on my site and collection. I'm working on building a collection that even the casual guitar fan will appreciate, and it's getting there. Other than the occasional Jackson purchase, I've concentrated the majority of my efforts on EBMM's lately and it's paying off.
