I've been missing the Sunn since I got down to college, so when I got the chance to bring it down, I did. That brought up the dilemma of what cabinet to use with it, and since the local music store had a Bag End S-15D for an absurdly low price, I pounced.

Even though I'm running more power into it than I should, it sounds great and hasn't even hinted at farting out. The frequency response is great for a 1X15. Plus, it's small enough to fit in the dorm room without taking up too much space.

:)

I've got this thing pretty much dialed in with the Sunn now, and with the Bongo, the result might give the Peavey 4X10 a run for its money, volume-wise. Tonally, the thing sounds a bit different than what I'm used to, but it's a good different. It obviously has a low-end bias, but there's a presence in the upper-mids and highs that I've never heard from a 15.
